\n\t\t\t\tExecutive Agency \u201eMaritime Administration\u201d (EAMA)
\t\t\t<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\tis a legal entity to the Minister of Transport, Information Technology and Communications. The statute of the Agency is regulated in the Merchant Shipping Code of Bulgaria - Art. 360, para. 1.\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t \t\t \t<\/div>\n<\/div>\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>[\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”11\/12″][vc_column_text]The Agency is managed and represented by an Executive Director, appointed by the Minister of Transport, Information Technology and Communications in consultation with the Prime Minister of the Republic of Bulgaria. The activities, structure and organization of \u0415\u0410\u041c\u0410 are laid down in the Statutory Regulation, adopted by the Council of Ministers.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\t\tTerritorial jurisdiction of EAMA
\t\t\t<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
